What we process and why

Contact and proposal forms (name, email, publisher or imprint, role, catalogue size, message): to handle your request and prepare the proposal or call you asked for. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Newsletter (email): to send our newsletter, only after double opt-in confirmation. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), withdrawable any time via the unsubscribe link.

Email: if you write to any of our addresses, we process your data to reply.

What we don't do

No third-party advertising, no selling of data, no automated decisions with legal effect on you. This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

Recipients

Infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements: web hosting and delivery (Vercel Inc.), transactional email (Postmark), newsletter delivery (Mailrelay), database (Supabase) and form abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Some providers are US-based; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No other disclosures except legal obligation.

Retention

Business-contact data for the duration of the relationship or conversation plus applicable limitation periods; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
